If Your Pet Is Hospitalized
We understand the apprehension you may have, leaving your pet with us in the event he/she requires treatment. But we would like to assure you that your pet will receive lots of love and affection from our wonderful staff of nurses and technician assistants. Our veterinary nurses may have to poke and prod but never without a soft kind word and always in a gentle manner.

Calls After a Procedure

We understand that you are anxiously awaiting any information, especially when your pet is undergoing a procedure. We typically call you, the client, after the procedure is complete and your pet is awake. As we do try to estimate a time frame for every procedure, please know that we will contact you if this time frame has changed so as to keep you fully informed and hopefully minimize any further stress.

Discharges

We ask that all discharges be scheduled in advance. This will allow for minimal waiting time by you. It will also enable one of the medicine team members to be with you at discharge to explain any available results as well as any discharge instructions. This is also a great time to ask any questions that you might have.
